U.S. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days before shipping.
• Delivery Time: Estimated 2-4 business days after processing.

International Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Canada & Mexico: $35 Standard UPS Shipping
• South Korea & Japan:
  • Orders under $200: $100 Standard UPS Shipping
  • Orders over $200: Free Standard UPS Shipping
• Other International Orders: $100 Standard UPS Shipping
• Delivery Time: Estimated 3-6 business days, but customs delays may occur.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

• Orders placed Monday – Friday are processed within 2-4 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Express orders will be prioritized and processed within 1 business day for faster delivery.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
• APO/FPO addresses may require additional processing and shipping time.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our warehouse.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

• Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties.
• Customs clearance may cause delays beyond estimated shipping times.
