Return & Shipping Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Limited release styles, gift cards, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not eligible for return.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, software, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in original condition, missing parts, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a set timeframe.
  • A $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for online orders where a return label is provided.
  • If your return is late, damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund or store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times vary.

Sale & Discounted Items

  • Items purchased during a promotion or sale are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at thegrindcoffeebilling@gmail.com and ship your item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go back to the gift giver.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

  • U.S. Orders: $15 Standard Shipping
  • Domestic Express Shipping: $20 via UPS Express
  • Canada & Mexico: $35 Standard UPS Shipping
  • South Korea & Japan:
    • Orders under $200: $100 Standard UPS Shipping
    • Orders over $200: Free Standard UPS Shipping
  • Other International Orders: $100 Standard UPS Shipping

International Returns & Exchanges

  • International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes?

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

How Long Will My Order Take?

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 2-4 business days.
  • Standard U.S. Delivery: Arrives in 2-4 business days after processing.
  • International Delivery: Arrives in 3-6 business days, but customs delays may occur.
  • Express 2-Day Shipping: Orders placed with express shipping are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Returning a Product

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If returning an item over $75, we recommend trackable shipping or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging to qualify.
  • We do not accept returns sent directly to the manufacturer.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
