In-Store Orders - Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
- For a refund to the original payment method, returns must be completed within 7 days of purchase.
- After 7 days, store credit will be issued via a Gift Card.
- All items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Limited release styles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Online Orders - Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- For a refund to the original payment method, returns must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
- After 7 days, store credit will be issued via a Gift Card.
- All items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Customers must request a return authorization (RA #) before sending a return. Once approved, a return label and full return instructions will be provided.
- A $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and shipping costs.
- Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the return label, or they may not be accepted.
- Online orders may also be returned in-store following the same policy.
- Limited release styles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online Orders - International Returns & Exchanges
- At this time, international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All international orders, whether processed online or in-store, are considered final sale.
Discounted & Final Sale Items
- Items purchased during a promotional discount or sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products marked final sale at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

How much does shipping cost?
- U.S. Orders: Free Standard Shipping
- Domestic Express Shipping: $20 via UPS Express
- Canada & Mexico: $35 Standard UPS Shipping

- Orders under $200: $100 Standard UPS Shipping
- Orders over $200: Free Standard UPS Shipping
- Other International Orders: $100 Standard UPS Shipping
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Standard Delivery: Estimated to arrive within 2-4 business days after processing.
- International Orders: Arrive within 3-6 business days, but may be delayed due to customs clearance.
- Express 2-Day Shipping: Orders placed with express shipping are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Declined Credit Card Transactions
- If your transaction is declined, we do not receive funds for the attempted charge.
- However, you may see a pending charge on your account. These charges will clear automatically, and the funds will become available again.
- Processing times vary by bank, so we recommend contacting your financial institution for more details.
Important Notes
- Returned products must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
