Shipping & Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
For a refund to the original payment method, returns must be completed within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, store credit will be issued via a Gift Card.
All items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Limited release styles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers must request a return authorization (RA #) before sending a return. Once approved, a return label and full return instructions will be provided.
A $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and shipping costs.
Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the return label, or they may not be accepted.
Online orders may also be returned in-store following the same policy.

Items purchased during a promotional discount or sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Domestic Express Shipping: $20 via UPS Express
Canada & Mexico: $35 Standard UPS Shipping
South Korea & Japan:
- Orders under $200: $100 Standard UPS Shipping
- Orders over $200: Free Standard UPS Shipping
Other International Orders: $100 Standard UPS Shipping

Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing before shipment.
Standard Delivery: Estimated to arrive within 2-4 business days after processing.
International Orders: Arrive within 3-6 business days, but may be delayed due to customs clearance.
Express 2-Day Shipping: Orders placed with express shipping are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If your transaction is declined, we do not receive funds for the attempted charge.
However, you may see a pending charge on your account. These charges will clear automatically, and the funds will become available again.

Returned products must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
